About the Project

The Vinoy restoration project involved a complete restoration of the 40,000 square foot amenity deck located in the heart of St. Pete. Scopes included; hot-applied waterproofing, cold-applied waterproofing, demolition of pavers, reinstallation of pavers, replacement of expansion joints, caulking packages, stucco demolition and application, and painting.

Mediterra Beach Club

About the Project

Mediterra Beach Club is one of Naples most exclusive beach clubs. Sporting a 25,000 square foot amenity deck on the second floor, it required extensive and highly technical work to restore it to it’s pristine condition. Scopes of work included; removal and installation of full deck paver system, removal and installation of new 20-year hot-applied waterproofing, concrete restoration and shoring, post tensioning repair, epoxy injections, and liquid applied PUMA flashing systems.

One Palm Apartments

About the Project

One Palm Apartment complex in Sarasota showed serious signs of degradation at grout pockets on balconies throughout the building. Crown’s scope primarily involved removing compromised concrete and debris, treating exposed steel with anti-corrosive material, refilling grout pockets with engineer approved grout, patched grout pocket and smoothed to face of slab.

 

La Mer Condominiums

About the Project

La Mer is a waterfront condominium community in Naples, FL, and contracted Crown Roofing and Waterproofing to waterproof the 42,000 square foot amenity deck, install cementitious waterproofing at parapets, and remove and replace all joint sealants. 

Park Shore Condominiums

About the Project

Park Shore Condominiums located in Naples, FL, has 13 balconies that required demolition, inspection, steel reinforcement, and a final patch and pour of concrete and stucco to return them to working conditions.
