Designed by VMDO Architects and Zyscovich Architects, the University of Miami’s Centennial Village represents the second phase of a multi-year initiative to modernize campus housing. This development will stand as a landmark for the university, bolstering its efforts to attract top academic and athletic talent.
Centennial Village will comprise five residential colleges, continuing the successful First-Year Experience program with live-in faculty and a dedicated team of professional and student staff to enhance the first-year experience. The new residential colleges will offer a mix of double and single rooms, along with centrally located private bathrooms, shared resident lounges, and collaborative academic spaces.

The Reflection condominium project, an 18-story development, will offer 88 units and 2,800 square feet of ground-floor commercial space. Co-developed by The DeNunzio Group (“TDG”) and HP Capital, TDG will also manage the construction of the tower.
